Physical Description: 

Lamb's Quarters is a small shrub with large, flat, serrated leaves that resemble oak leaves.

Usage: 

There are three parts that are edible on Lamb's Quarters: the "grain" (similar to Quinoa), the leaves and the broccoli-like flowers.

Factoids: 

Lamb's Quarters is native to every state in the US except for Hawaii, and it is cultivated in Mexico.
