Final Tantalizing Market Tapas Class
CUESA, Dacor, and Parties That Cook present a series of hands-on cooking classes in our teaching kitchen. The two-hour classes will focus on a tapas-style format with a California/international flair. They will take place on five Wednesday nights this spring (April 1, April 15, April 29, May 6, and May 27). Each class is $45 per person and includes 2 glasses of wine from the BR Cohn Winery. Recipes this week include:
* Tartines of Camembert, Caramelized Onions and Apricots
* Shrimp Quesadillas with Pumpkin Seed Salsa
* Sweet Pea Galettes with Bacon and Sour Cream
* Vegetable Samosas with Mint and Jalapeno Chutney
* Mini Sliders with Smoky Cheddar
