Physical Description:
Raspberries grown on canes and with serrated, ridged, heart-shaped leaves. They can be white, golden or red and are hollow once picked.
Usage:
Raspberries are great eaten fresh, on cereals. They also make great jam and jelly, and infusions for liquor. Macerated, they make a delicious Agua Fresca.
Factoids:
Raspberry leaf tea has been used for years to cure a variety of "women's ailments".
